    ok first off thanks for this. i kinda understood sorry i am a noob lol. anyway i have a few questions. one i am real short on cash so can i do all this for free. two can i do this straight up on word press or do i need some other kind of host cuz i have a friend that says word press is very limited if you don’t pay for it. and lastly all the files i download such as themes and plug ins and such do i have to keep them on my computer or can i delete them after installing them? thanks again.

    I think you should briefly say what C-panel is. I had no idea what you were talking about, until finally you start comparing it to Filezilla.
