    When I inspect then edit it doesnt save when I refresh the page. I change the line # edit to reflect the edit and it still doesnt work.. Any suggestions? Please and thanks!

    It won’t directly save the dynamic CSS changes unless you set it up like that. Firebug allows you to see how the page looks like with your changes. If you like them you take that CSS tweaks/changes and apply it to your CSS file.
