There is no plugin option in my blogging dashboard

Hi Siddhartha, I believe the problem is this video tutorial is for blogs
which are self-hosted, whilst WordPress also offer blogs hosted on their
own servers which don’t have this option.

There really need to be a real manual, on why there are two wordpress
    websites,
and why you don’t have a plugin icon in you dash board, and the difference
of the free. WordPress and the people offering free information are just
confusing people, because they really don’t know. They just trying to sell
    you something. WordPress
and its volunteers got people confused. Is it host , i don’t know, if it’s
free, you get a plug, but wait ill just go to the org wordpress of i get a
    plug in.
oh wait. download ok, great. ……..confusion.
